Pretty sure that graph is wrong. Apes and monkeys are separate families of primates. They don’t all nest so nicely as your pretty picture assumes. Here’s a more accurate one:

That is definitely wrong:
Primates can basically be broken down into Lemurs/Lorises, New World Monkeys, Old World Monkeys, and Apes. The major difference between Monkeys and Apes is the lack of a tail.
